We offer a panel edge banding service on our Ply, MDF and Egger panel products where we can edge band the cut sheets for you. You will need to purchase the sheet(s), edging roll(s) and cutting service from us at the same time
We can only cut & edge strips and panels. We can’t cut angles, apetures (holes/panels into the middle of the sheet) or angled pieces.
If having your sheet cut, please be aware the blade is 4mm thick and so must be taken into account when calculating how many pieces you want to get from a sheet.
The overall sheet sizes will be in the description of the panel that you are purchasing.
We will only cut and edge panels purchased from us, and you must purchase the cutting service and edging service at the same time as ordering your panels.
There is a £5-00 set up charge code MA06, and a panel cutting service code MA24, which should also be purchased at the same time. If in doubt please give us a call on 01442 248444.
Edge banding is £2.00 + vat per metre, code MA52.
Please send an email confirming your cut list and which edges you would like edged. You will need to purchase the relevant roll of edging you require to edge your board
We will check that your requests are possible before we cut the sheets and will contact you to confirm the job if your instructions are in any way unclear.
