Product Description
Douglas Fir Plywood is a one piece rotary cut clear face veneer which gives it a wild and pronounce grain. It’s sapwood is narrow and light in colour, whilst the wider heartwood ranges from yellow to dark brown. The exact colour depends on the season it is harvested. In summer the banding in the grain is darker, giving the wood its distinctive colour when it is rotary peeled.
This product is very much in demand at present for use as panels on walls and ceiling. It is also used extensively in high end joinery.
